Homemade Tortillas

    Make the Dough

    Combine all ingredients together and knead until a smooth dough forms.

    Divide

    Cut dough ball in half, then in half again, repeating until you have 16 small equal balls of dough. Form 16 small balls of dough.

    Roll Out

    Use a rolling pin to roll each dough ball out into a flat, round tortilla shape.

    Cook

    Heat a stainless pan, add butter, and cook each tortilla on low heat for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

    Store

    Place tortillas in the freezer where they will keep fresh for about 3 months.
