Hi! I'm Cara—an RN, BSN, Holistic Health Coach, and a stay-at-home mom to three energetic boys. In nursing school, one of the first things they teach you is to become a lifelong learner. I spent eight years caring for the elderly, which taught me invaluable lessons about life, longevity, and the importance of health. However, becoming a mother shifted my entire perspective, and my biggest mission became creating a healthy, happy home for my family.
Taking care of my family quickly became my full-time job and my greatest passion. I transitioned to a full-time homemaker and dove deep into understanding real nutrition, the benefits of whole foods over processed ones, and the power of a chemical-free lifestyle. What started as personal experiments—growing vegetables in our small garden, baking my own sourdough bread, and swapping harsh cleaners for vinegar—completely transformed our home.
Like many moms, I once wondered if there was a simpler, more natural way to care for my family without sacrificing joy or convenience. Through trial, research, and real-life application, I discovered how small, sustainable shifts create massive results. We experienced more energy, stronger immunity for the kids, and a much calmer household.
This journey also put me more in touch with my femininity and the vital importance of my role as a mother and wife. I finally felt like I was right where I should be.
